1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 774oub platform — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, or any other feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all members regardless of how they access the platform, whether via a web browser, the 774oub mobile app, or any other supported access method.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the platform. Continuing to use 774oub after any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. 774oub reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and members will be notified of material changes through a notice on the platform or via the registered email address on file.

2. Eligibility

To register for and use a 774oub account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines and accessing the platform from within the Philippines.
• You must not be under any legal restriction that prevents you from participating in online gaming activities.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of anyone employed by 774oub or its associated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 774oub platform.

774oub verifies the age and identity of all members as part of the KYC process before any withdrawal is processed and in line with account activity thresholds. Providing false information during registration or verification is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one active 774oub account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different details — is a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, 774oub may suspend all associated accounts pending a review of transaction history and balance eligibility.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine contact number. OTP verification is required to activate the account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

• Do not share your password or login details with any other person.
• Access your account only from personal or trusted devices.
• Notify the 774oub support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Keep your registered contact number and email address current.

774oub uses SSL encryption across all sessions and requires OTP confirmation for sensitive account actions including withdrawals and password changes. The security of your account also depends on actions you take — using a strong, unique password and not accessing your account via shared or public networks significantly reduces risk.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 774oub are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported payment channels include Philippine bank transfers, online/mobile banking, and eligible local e-wallets. The platform does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful processing confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment source used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or if a technical error prevents proper settlement. Voided bets are returned to the account balance.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

774oub offers promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. Participation in any promotion is voluntary and subject to the specific terms of that offer, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. General conditions that apply to all promotions include:

• Each promotion specifies which account types, games, and bet types are eligible. Not all promotions apply to all members or all sections of the platform.
• Bonus funds and promotional credits are separate from real money balances and are governed by wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the individual promotion terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension and Termination

774oub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following:

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Underage access or access from an ineligible jurisdiction
• Abuse of promotions, bonuses, or referral programmes
• Placing bets in a coordinated or systematic manner designed to exploit pricing errors
• Unauthorised use of another person's payment method or account credentials
• Any activity that the platform determines constitutes fraud, money laundering, or illegal use

When an account is suspended, the account holder will be notified and given the opportunity to respond where appropriate. If the account is permanently closed following investigation, any verified balance from legitimate funds will be returned to the original payment source minus any voided promotional winnings.

Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team. A pending balance will be paid out to the verified withdrawal method after standard processing, provided all relevant conditions have been met.

9. Privacy and Data

By creating a 774oub account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the provision of gaming services.

Your continued use of 774oub following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure. Balances will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal conditions in effect at the time of the closure request.
